My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was always cold, and there was a mix-up with the reservation leading to extra charges for two persons. I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, which was also very accessible by public transport. The room had a large skylight without a blind, but the service was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were freezing and did not get warmer even after maximizing the heat, and they were very dated and musty. However, the hotel staff was very friendly and kind.
